ra77 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your ra77 account balance in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though ra77 may apply enhanced verification for large deposits.

Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact ra77 support with your transaction reference number. ra77 will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your ra77 account — are not permitted.
• ra77 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile payment provider are outside ra77's control.
• ra77 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

Withdrawals from ra77 are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This means if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will be sent to your bKash account. ra77 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or different payment methods without prior verification.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Most withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals are only available for funds that have been wagered at least once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6.
• ra77 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not a reason for concern.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts where the identity of the account holder has not been confirmed.

ra77 does not charge withdrawal fees. The full amount you request will be sent to your payment account, subject to any minimum thresholds.

ra77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between an individual offer's terms and these general terms, the individual offer terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply to all ra77 promotions:

• All bonuses have a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the offer description.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.

This ensures that every outcome is genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by ra77 or by players.

Each game on ra77 has its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. ra77 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. ra77 does not cancel or reverse bets once they have been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, ra77 will investigate and resolve the issue. If a round cannot be completed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ra77. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• The account holder has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after verification.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ra77 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance will be paid out to the player's registered payment method.

If you have a dispute with ra77 regarding a transaction, game outcome, bonus, or any other matter, you must raise it within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be investigated.
